Why is my order taking so long?
We produce many older products on demand and new ones are often quickly sold out due to high demand. For new production runs, we usually expect about 2–3 weeks of production time, but it can currently take 4–5 weeks in some cases.
Why is my delivery date constantly postponed?
We're very sorry about that. We're working hard to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible, but sometimes delays in production or supply chains cause unexpected setbacks.
How long does shipping take?
GPU waterblocks are usually shipped directly from production. With international express shipping (NEXT), delivery to the EU and UK typically takes 3–7 days. If the product is already in our German warehouse, shipping takes 1–3 business days.

Are all taxes included?
Yes! We prepay all VAT and customs fees for EU and UK customers. You won't receive any additional charges (except in non-EU countries with DDU shipping).
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes. Just email us at info@bykski.eu with your request and we’ll take care of it as soon as possible.
Can you guarantee delivery by a specific date?
Unfortunately, we usually can’t guarantee exact dates due to supply chain dependencies (e.g. plating facility for GPU blocks). However, if an item is marked "in stock" in our shop, we typically ship it the same or next working day.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. You'll receive a detailed tracking email from the courier as soon as your shipment is sent out.
My order has shipped – can I still cancel it?
If your order has already been shipped, please contact us quickly at info@bykski.eu. In the first 24 hours, we can often recall it. If not, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal in the EU/UK applies once it arrives.
My item arrived damaged – what now?
Please send us clear photos of the damage to info@bykski.eu. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
Can you ship part of my order earlier?
